Construction. Wall and base cabinets are of front and back frame construction. Frame members are of selected hardwood joined and glued into one integral part. Wall cabinets have top and bottom mounting rails.

Ends. All cabinets have 1/4" ends of hardwood plywood glued and pinned to front and back frame.

Wall Shelves. Shelves and top and bottom of wall cabinets are 1/2" M.D.F. Board. Front edges are bullnosed and filled. All shelves are adjustable.

Base Shelves. Shelves in base cabinets are 1/4" plywood, supported front and back by 3/4" x 1 1/2" hardwood members that are grooved into the front and back frame, supported on ends

by cleats glued to end panels. Additional center supporting rails are added on large cabinets.

Backs. Backs in base cabinets are 1/8" pressed wood, pinned to shelves and back frame. Backs in wall cabinets are 1/8" plywood pinned to shelves and back frame.

Doors. Solid wood doors are used on Princess, Monterey, Village, Rustic, Colonial and Harmony Series of cabinetry. All others are constructed of quality veneer.

Drawers. All drawer fronts are of the same material as the doors. They are attached to drawer boxes by screws. Drawer sides and ends are 3/4" lumber, interlocked, glued and pinned. Drawer sides are grooved to receive rugged 7/32" plywood bottoms which are pinned front and back.

Finish. After sanding, a toner coat is applied (color), followed by a moisture barrier sealer, then another sanding. Finally, a furniture type protective top coating is applied.
